Much of Quinton Major's core business is made up of a diverse range of precision engineered components such as splined shafts, sprockets and machined castings. One of Quinton Major's specialities is splines and broaching. Due to many years of experience we have a vast selection of rolls and broaches that enable a quick and cost effective turn around for customer requirements in this area. In addition to this, over the past decade, Quinton Major has expanded substantially in to the sectors of precision engineered assemblies and sub-assemblies. For certain customer requirements Quinton Major is able to setup a dedicated area, or use existing facilities to construct, check and pack finished assemblies.

Quinton Major also has a wide experience in precision engineered assemblies including Steering columns, Gear levers, and Hydraulic control levers. The majority of these are destined for applications in On and Off-Road vehicle Control Mechanisms, where performance and reliability are crucial.
